Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all hair extension products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Once an order is confirmed and shipped, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not allowed.
This includes change of mind, colour mismatch, length preference, or texture dissatisfaction.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Proof (clear photos or videos) must be provided for verification.
Replacement is subject to approval and stock availability.
